• No Account Required: You do not need to create an account, log in, or provide personal details (such as your name, email address, or phone number) to use the App.
• No Analytics or Tracking: We do not use third-party analytics services, tracking tools, or advertising networks. We do not track your activity, collect device identifiers, or monitor how you use the App.

Data Storage and iCloud Sync

• Local Storage: Your data and content are stored locally on your device.
• iCloud Sync: If you use features that synchronize data across your devices, this is handled directly through Apple's iCloud infrastructure. Your data is stored within your private iCloud container, encrypted in transit and at rest according to Apple's security standards. We do not operate our own backend servers, and we do not collect, view, or store your iCloud credentials or synced content.

Purchases and Subscriptions

If you make an in-app purchase or subscribe to premium features within the App, transactions are processed directly by Apple via StoreKit. We do not collect or store your billing details, payment methods, or credit card numbers. All purchases are subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

Because the App does not collect any personal information, we do not knowingly collect, store, or solicit personal data from children under the age of 13.

Your Choices and Data Control

Because we do not store your information on external servers, you maintain complete ownership and control over your data at all times:

• Managing Data: You can view, edit, or delete your content directly within the App.
• iCloud Management: If you have iCloud sync enabled, you can manage or delete your stored data through your Apple device settings under iCloud storage.
• App Deletion: Removing the App from your device deletes all local data associated with it.
